I like this company. People are nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Their price is good as well. Another thing is they are on time if not ahead of time.
Some contractors American home shield used are incompetent and just wanted to show up and then tell you it it not covered. I was really happy the experience with this company is so good – fast and pleasant. The guy went to my house is a veteran, and he fixed my switches the time time went to my house, which is very rare for many AHS contractors to do.

They are supposed to return to finish a job but never return my phone calls. It’s been 6 months of leaving messages with their answering service to no avail. I drove to their office which was locked so left a note on the door over a week ago and still nothing.

Cannot get them to return a phone call to get them to come finish the job they started. Was directed to them through a home warranty- the request was started 11/13 and still no way to get a hold of them. They have been out twice and still not finished with two separate issues. Calls go to an answering service so you can never talk to an employee. Cannot imagine how they are still in business.

Professionalism with this company was good with their in-person staff coming into my home to check out my attic fan.
Professionalism with this this company was very poor in regards to communication. My repeated calls to this company to ascertain an update for the replacement of my attic fan have been ignored. I have been calling for 2 weeks and have not received a single return call.
I was told by a female staff member that I would receive a return call. I never did.
