We had a issue with miscommunication at first but he really stepped in a showed fantastic customer service to fix the issue. I was able to send him photos of my issue before hand. Jesse made a plan ahead of time on how he would fix it. Not only was this a leak costing us property damage and a large water bill but trying to figure out this odd size plumbing that was done on our property that many plumbers(6) before him wouldn’t even try. He came in with some speciality fittings and got it done within the hour!

Also, did I mention he did this after hours?!

Dependable plumbing & Rooter Service was awesome. We owned apartment units downtown Tulsa, and we needed a plumber to address our issues. They were able to fit us in at such a short notice, and Spencer was a true professional and so easy to work with. We will use them again in the future for sure. They live up to their name!

These guys are great!! Very affordable, punctual and overall great work. I had a condensate line leak that was coming from my furnace that was supposed to be draining underneath my water heater. It had came out after a water heater pan was installed prior to buying my house. The water heater needed to be drained and removed from its spot, raised up and reset the water pan. They reinstalled, tidied up and replaced my flue to a cleaner looking and custom fitting. These guys made it right for me and provided over the top service and I learned a bit a long the way. Would recommend to anyone needing any type of plumbing work done.
