I’ve waited several weeks before deciding to post anything. Poor communication. POOR. That should have been my first sign. Then the “project manager” lost my paint card sample that he INSISTED I sign AND date. He brought out 2 different colors, which both had unwanted undertones that had been HEAVILY discussed with the owner and the project manager. The project manager was insulting and condescending to the point I requested he be removed from my project. We had several days of unfortunate rain, but before the rain came in, they taped and masked my entire house, including windows….proceedes to leave it that way for FIVE DAYS. Again….no communication. The actual painter of my home was phenomenal. Very meticulous. Then I made the mistake of adding a deck stain job to my project. Awful. They did not sand the wood. It was power washed about 13 days before it was stained….and was rained and stormed on 3x before it was stained. Withing 72 hours the stain was peeling off my wood. The Painter didn’t even bother staining the back of my beams. I had to reach out to the owner and have them come back. Once the paint/stain began peeling I sent pictures and text communication to the owner. I was assured that it would be taken care of and that was weeks ago. Very disappointed. Several thousand dollars from a single, hard working mother down the drain.

That 1 Painter is top notch! They did a perfect job on our house. Siding was replaced and the entire house painted. They fixed everything we asked plus did additional things to make the property more beautiful. They worked hard and attention to detail was extraordinary! Their prices were very fair and very reasonable. You will not find a more professional company. We are so happy with their work.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh and Misty, the owners of That 1 Painter. The exterior of my house looked horrible after I removed some ivy that had gotten very overgrown on my brick.

I also went from a dark grey paint color to a very light peachy-pink and I was worried the grey might show through the lighter color. They put multiple coats on so no grey can be seen. I also had some rotted wood along the trim of my house and they repaired all the damage.

I feel like I have a new house 🥰 I highly recommend That 1 Painter and If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
