I own an old home and Frank was very upfront about what might be needed. When the crew arrived and started taking the old shingles off, it was discovered that more than what we initially thought was wrong, was very wrong and required more time and labor. Frank sent me an updated price, which was reasonable and the work continued. So, new decking and new shingles and my house looks so much better. The crew was polite and thorough and they were done in less than 7 hours. It was like they weren’t even there after they cleaned up. I am very pleased. I very much recommend Billings for roof work. We recently had hail damage and I called Billings to inspect my roof to see if I actually had damage. Mark came out at no cost the next day and explained that we indeed had damage. A few weeks later, after completing the insurance claim, we called Mark who provided us a bid with several options. Without pressure, we agreed and Mark set the project in motion. About four weeks later, Billings sent their crew of about 8 and finished work in 1.5 days in >100 temperature. They did a great job, replaced a couple of warped panels, painted my vent pipes, installed attic vents aling to peak of my roof, and cleaned up like pros. They were very courteous and respectful throughout the project.
We live in Jenks and have a 2-story home. Billings was very professional and met our strict HOA requirements and pleased us, their customer. Mark knows his business and I felt comfortable with his recommendations; he is not a pushy salesman. Stephanie, who works at Billings followed up with us about a week later, to make sure we were pleased and if we had any questions or concerns before final project closure.
