They used to be good. Hired them 15 years ago as my weed was out of control even though it was treated by Trugreen. Fairway got it taken care of within a year. If weed propped back up within a week or two, they would come and take care of it within a day or two for free and not be considered as one of the scheduled treatment.
Fast forward to about a few months ago, weed is propping up in places. Each time I call, I’m in between services or I’d just have to wait for the next treatment. Never can can at the right time. If I call in within a few days, I’m told to give it time for the treatment to work.
Maybe they have gotten too big and lost the service mentality as they once did.
I’ve decided to include it here as I believe it’s the standard trained script that the person I talk to uses.

They’ve done a great job getting my yard where it needed to be after years of just mowing. They give suggestions that have been helpful throughout this process. I’m very happy with the outcome. You can see in my pictures where I started with very little Bermuda and tons of weeds and where the growing season ended with tons of Bermuda and little to no weeds. It’s super convenient that they do everything for you and have the knowledge to treat your weeds correctly and you don’t have to do anything.

I’ve used other lawn care companies and Fairway lawn service is by far the best.
Their phone representatives are courteous and professional and the lawn care technician did a great job of articulating the current condition of our lawn, he appeared to thoroughly applied the chemicals, and explained how the treatments will enhance the overall health and growth.
I would highly recommend This company!

Cancelled the service today because they did not treat our yard in May and my husband called to let them know they missed treatment and was told they would come out for an extra treatment the next following month. We did not receive the extra treatment per the conversation. Called again and they stated whoever told us that, was not telling us correct information as they are not supposed to treat lawn mutiple times a month. Then, was told they will have a manager call back to see about adding a service in replace of the treatment that we did not receive or a refund. Waited a week and no call back. Called again and rep stated notes said we got a call back which we did not and calls are recorded. Unfortunately, we are now out the $50 we paid for a service we did not receive. It’s a shame you would expect a company that is well established to operate more proficiently. Waiting over a week for call back on resolving this issue is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

We have our yard treated on a regular basis and has always been great. But this season and last our treatment hasn’t worked at all. The guys came to our property, and within 5 minutes was done spraying. We have a really nice Bermuda but a month after treatment we have nutsedge, clover, POA and more weeds growing everywhere.
