Shortly after moving into our new house we started having leaks in the ceiling from pooling of melting ice in one of the valleys on the roof. Learned from the previous owner he had Wisdom put the roof on. Wisdom sent an estimator out who determined the valley was put in wrong but after informing them that they put the roof on it became extremely difficult to get the company to own up to their thoroughly documented shoddy workmanship. We informed the BBB but outside retaining an attorney there was nothing more could be done except for Wisdom to own up to this. They never did and that was about 15 years ago.
