However, unlike unicorns, Max Roofing actually exists. They may not leave a trail of rainbow glitter everywhere they go, but instead happy, very satisfied customers. We had them replace our roof almost four years ago. They made the entire process stress free and went above and beyond what was required to make sure we were happy with our experience. Well, we were happy enough back then that I immediately referred my mother to them because she was also in need of a new roof, but had been having a difficult time trying to get her insurance company to cover the entire claim. They went back and forth with insurance several times until they had not only gotten the entire roof paid for but they were also able to get some things approved that she wasn’t aware of needing replaced. Today, we called Maxx Roofing to see about getting a couple loose shingles fixed. Even though we were nearly a year past the 3-year warranty on workmanship, they came out the same day and fixed the shingles for no charge. Highly recommend!
