I called twice.. first time, they said they would have someone call me back. No calls for two weeks. Second time, someone finally called me back as promised. He sent a guy to do an estimate on costs but never called back again to schedule an inspection. It’s been nearly another two weeks now. My hood is now getting dirty. It’s probably gonna be harder to get under the hood now because of the buildup grease. I’m calling someone else.

Matt with APS FireCo Tulsa was AMAZING! He was super helpful, professional, expedient, and overall just a pleasure to work with! I arrived late afternoon on a Friday, and instead of being ready to send me on my way to get home, Matt went out of his way to help assist with the fire extinguisher that I was needing serviced, taking extra time to answer questions (I’m a questioner), and make me feel incredibly taken care of. I cannot recommend APS Fire Co enough, I’ll definitely be going to them with any future needs I have! Thank you Matt!

We’ve been with this company for a number of years. APS was always great…unfortunately not so much now. Dismissive of concerns and complaints. Technicians don’t always agree with others. Blame other service providers. Recently had a concern dismissed and now broken stand pipe, water damage…now we have another service provider!

Had a difficult time getting thru on phones but they made everything right when we got to the shop. Nice, clean, quick and efficient facility. Matt was very helpful and Nicole recommended we stop in to help us save money for the needs we had. Will definitely be using for annual fire inspections. Be aware their shop is tucked away behind the building look for signs to direct the way.
