I like JE Systems

As a new franchisee owner, I have had a wonderful experience with our technician, Mike, and the system itself. During our facility walk thru, Mike was there and during that time he introduced me to our new system and gave me a thorough explanation of the system and how to work it. He also went the extra mile to train one of my staff members as well! Even after that visit, he gave me his work number to be able to reach him if we needed anything, and most of the time by this point, the person ditches you and you’re on your own to figure everything out. But, I was surprised to see that he indeed has answered every phone call and has gotten back to me in a timely manner!! He’s helped me while even being away, and has even came back to help us with a couple of technical difficulties and has never once complained! He really works hard and goes the extra mile. Thank you Mike for your help and professionalism. It has really helped make this process so much smoother! You rock!! I would definitely recommend the system, it is an amazing system!! We’ve had our alarm accidently set off a couple of times, and every time it has happened, JE Systems calls us within 1-2 minutes of the alarm going off and dispatches police in a timely manner as well. Everyone there has been super sweet, helpful, and professional as well. JE really trains their employees great and they run a well oiled machine! Thank you for your service Mike, and the rest of the team!! We appreciate it! We haven’t had one problem yet and I don’t think we will!!! You definitely wont regret going through them!
