Very good experience overall. I purchase contractor grade at very good price. Good quality carpet and pad. Installers were on time. 6 hours to install 3 bedroom with walk in closets and 2 hallways, 1000 SQ ft. Corners and thresholds are perfect everywhere. Install crew was courteous and did a good cleanup.

After multiple visits to Carpet Stores and the mega hardware stores we were very frustrated. But when we walked into Grigsby’s Carpet and Tile itwas like fresh air. We were used to either no one to help or sales people who would not go away. As we were browsing through an incredible inventory of choices, up walks Shana. We told her what we were trying to do and when we mentioned our staircase she immediately told us extremely pertinent information no others before her had bothered to mention. She pointed us to the area we needed to search and then left us alone to decide. We eventually found exactly what we were wanting but unable to find elsewhere.
Shana hooked us up with an installer named Gerry who showed up exactly on time. He and his crew were extremely experienced and knowledgeable and courteous and best of all, perfectionists. They moved our furniture with care and cleaned up after themselves.

Mike has been great with setting everything up, measurements and ensuring we got exactly what we needed, when we needed it. The installation team team did a good job, they would of probably gotten done a lot faster had one of them not been on his cell phone much of the time and it was hard to communicate with them, as only one of them spoke any English, but they did do a good job and the carpet looks very nice.
