What a pleasure it was working with Chris, he’s the best! Tearing out a shower because of a leak and trying to find a tile that would work with the existing tile I thought would be difficult but Chris pulled it all together and no one will ever know it was not the original design.

Sometimes the little things are the big things. Chris Holloway helped secure our favorite tile for a shower niche. Albeit only 5 square feet, it was the last of its kind in North America (discontinued). Appreciate the great customer service !

I walked in here on 9/24/17 about 20 mins before they closed to look at a specific tile. We walked up to counter and the guy with glasses was on the phone and looked straight at us so we understood he was busy and we went and looked at the tile. He got off the phone and completely ignored us even though no one was in the showroom knowing we were there and probably needed help. We are working with a contractor and this was one of the shops he said he worked with. Extremely rude employees and I will never do business with them and I will make sure I do not buy any tile from Emser. Seriously it amazes me that people will lose thousands in sales bc they feel like being rude or discriminant towards others.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with customer service in a long time. While the staff was polite to begin with… when I did have a few questions, the salesman sitting at a desk on the showroom floor was “too busy” to assist us. He was not only rude, but demeaning to both my wife and I as we walked around the show room floor. I finally had enough of his attitude after a few short minutes, that we left. We have a couple of flooring projects at the house and I refuse to give this company any of our business.
5/29 – As a followup…. chatted with Gil from their main office – he apologized for the careless behavior and offered to take care of us in the future. Gil, I appreciate you taking the time to contact us.

Chris did an amazing job on helping me coordinate all my tile, grout, and backsplash. He pulled all the samples and showed me how they look going together. For a person (me) who is very non-visual, that was so helpful. I left feeling very confident of my choices. Thank you Chris!!!!!!!
