Failed to deliver all of the product ordered and repeatedly failed to respond to entreaties for customer service. From my experience, this company….and specifically, Susan Thompson, cannot be trusted. AVOID!

There were no complaints about our service from them, in case they attempt to go that route now. They stopped answering calls. Is this the level of service you would want as a customer. Think about that when considering them for service.
