  • I wanted everyone at Air Assurance (and all your customers and potential customers) to know how much I appreciate what you did for us today. I had another HVAC company on my call list, but they told me it would be Monday (6 days from now) before they could come out. The temp in the house today, after only one day without air, is 83 degrees. No telling what it would be by Monday.This other company, also, knew there were two senior disabled individuals in this home.

    So I called you guys and was told you could come out this afternoon…SAME DAY! I set up a membership and added the service call onto the check and was all ready when Bryce showed up. No fault of his, of course, we needed a part that was going to cost over $230. Money I didn’t have today, but could get transferred into my account in a few days. Calls were made, silent tears were shed, plans were already being made to move my disabled brother and his caregivers into a hotel (with his money). Then Bryce returned to tell me they had a plan. They took my check for today, and called it even. I’ll just need to call back when the money is in our account to reestablish the membership…and you can bet I will!!

    Thank you Bryce. Thank you dispatcher. Thank you to the powers-that-be. You have no idea…

  • FFor four years I had great service from Air Assurance. My last experience was quite different. The biggest issue was communication. I asked the technician to have his boss call me, never happened. I called on Saturday and was told by a customer service manager that the plumbing manager would call me, today! Never happened. I called to cancel my maintenance plans on Monday morning and they sent me to the plumbing manager. Who said he was never told to call me and that they had offered me a discount to remedy the problem. Which I also had never been told about. I declined the discount and was told he would have the accounts manager call me to cancel my membership plan. Once again after waiting six hours I had to call back to get that done. Irrelevant of what the problem was and they apparently were willing to offer me a discount which I didn’t hear about for 3 days. The simple fact that I had to constantly call back after being told somebody would contact me is enough for me to move on.

    The reply from the owner to my review stated they would be in contact with me to discuss these issues. Hasn’t happened! This seems to be their standard reply to Google reviews.

  • Total system setup – installers were highly professional, courteous and did a superb job! New system is super quiet and works perfectly! I am in great anticipation of my next electric bill because I know it’s going to be much less with this new Lennox system!

  • My upstairs AC went out at the end of last summer so I knew I’d be replacing it this year, this is my third HVAC purchase over several homes and Air Assurance was the absolute BEST to work with by far! Christian came out for an estimate and did the most thorough walkthrough out of the 3 estimates/companies I received, taking several photos and climbing around tall attic space to check everything. He was the most informative, honest, and had the best solution for previous duct work that wasn’t properly put in and to make sure my new system would be running it’s best. He sent out Kade and his crew who were just as awesome, they had to clean up a huge mess of duct work and a lot of trash from a previous install before putting the new system in and couldn’t have been more impressed from start to finish, I’m one to notice the “the little things” and this company had so many. They’re the first that I’ve worked with that laid down plastic from my backdoor all the way upstairs to where my HVAC is located, barely making a mess as they worked for two days, and then vacuumed up before leaving. The brand new HVAC and the location it’s in looked so much nicer, even the wiring they did outside looked a hundred times better than what was previously there and matched the color of it to my house. They’re also the only company out of the other estimates I received that do two separate walk throughs so you know everything is up to code and they also go the extra mile with sealing everything to prevent leaks. They were always so kind and respectful of my property, I’m a recent young widow to four children and this could’ve easily been an overwhelming experience but Air Assurance, Christian, Kade, and his team made it as painless as possible. I truly couldn’t be happier with the work they provided, thank you so much!

  • My AC unit has been dying a slow death for a couple years and I had been just having freon added as needed to keep the system cooling. It finally reached a point where the freon (R22) was going to be as much or close to a new outside unit. I was reluctant to call a salesman know that they would come in and pressure me into buying a whole system and add on all kinds of things that I would love to have but just was not in the budget in my head.
    I finally called Air Assurance and was connected with Christian Langley. He contacted me and was able to work with my schedule and come at the most convenient time available. He took the time to ask me questions on what I needed and wanted. He did an inspection of what I already had, even looked at my newer unit with no issues, and explained to me his initial thoughts and made sure he new what I wanted and also that I understood what was possible. He said he would take some time and work up at least 3 options for me and get them sent over y the end of the day. He delivered on time and exactly what he said he would provide. The options were very clear and fit the guidelines we had discussed.
    Based on what he was able to work out we found an option that would allow me to replace the entire system and provide me with a safe and efficient system that would be covered by warranties all within my original budget.
    The process was all digital to get the option I wanted and then the installers were able to schedule my install within a couple of DAYS!.
    The day before installation I received a reminder that they would be coming and about what time to expect them. The morning of the install I was contacted 15 minutes before they arrived so I had time to prepare with the animals in the house.
    Karlos and CoWhan showed up, introduced themselves and gave a brief explanation of the install plan while they did a walkthrough of the area that they would be working. They wore shoe coverings even after I said it was no trouble. After they had explained what they were going to do the proceeded to setup their work areas and prepared the flooring using protectant in all areas where they thought they might need to walk. They made sure the areas were clear of anything of mine that could get damaged and they got to work. They stopped to go retrieve some parts they needed that were unexpected (flue for furnace was in a different spot than expected and had to be extended). They asked if it would be ok if they left and grabbed lunch while they were out to reduce any further stoppage time. They returned in less than an hour and completed the rest of the install.
    During each step of the process they vacuumed the area of any debris that may have dropped from the removal of the old system. They improved the base from the original home build and sealed up the area the until sits in to ensure no leaks would be present.
    After completion they walked me through the operation of the new system, inside and out. They mentioned the maintenance that should be done and how often and what type of filters to purchase for the unit. Then they completed the cleanup of all areas and made sure there was no wire clippings or covers left inside the house or outside.
    Overall this experience was well beyond any expectation I had and wish I had called 3 years ago, I would have saved more money with the new system.
    Have already referred family to give them a call for HVAC and plumbing.
    Hard to see but they reran the copper in the closet so it wasn’t just looping and hanging, as well as replaced the drain and new cleanout on the drain. None of this was ‘required’, they could have left it the way it was but they took great care and pride in the work they did. Great job to the team over at Air Assurance!
