Wish that they hadn’t brought in new people and spent so much money on the new office front. Service is slow as Christmas and that’s when I called in 3 hours ahead of time to place my order – was confronted by a not so helpful employee who did not want to bother giving me pricing when I asked and then I had to wait 20 minutes for my insulation to be loaded. Not sure who they have running the office but not helpful not friendly and I think I would consider driving a considerable distance so not to give them my business again … it was that bad.

If you get there before they close you can park on the facility but look like they left the gate open so you might be able to come after they close. Do not follow your GPS it will have you going down residential streets which some are okay but then there are some that post it that says no through trucks Rodney was one and Billy was the other one the best thing to do is to keep straight down 6th place that is a tight turn but you can make it and keep straight down 6th Street which is a residential street till you get to Fontaine turn right the building will be down on the left hand side the street not the first open gate or building it will be the second open gate and building and when you come in stay to the left cuz if you go to the right you’ll see that the gate is closed and shipping is straight ahead
