I’ve been doing business with A1 Mechanical for 3 years. If your in need of home A/C-Heating maintenance or installation I recommend to call them first. Fair, Honest and Reliable. The monthly service contract is the way to go for a hassle and worry free option.

Absolutely hands down best company ever! Called late in the evening and I didn’t even leave a message. The next morning Carmelita calls and sets up a time to come out. Paul who is the owner came out to service our heater! Super nice and friendly guy. He took the time (unlike other companies we have had out) to actually look over our unit and fix the issue. He found issues that should have been addressed by others that have came out. Paul was completely honest about what needed to be done and thorough with his work. Carmelita is super friendly and easy to chat with! She didn’t mind the barking dogs. She explained the service plans they offer and was just easy to chat with! I am so glad we found this company!!!! Don’t waste time call them!!

The A1 technicians are very professional and know their stuff. If one of them runs into an issue they can’t resolve, another tech will come and help. Our last service from Jacob and Daniel was very good. I’ll continue to use A1.

If you want a new system they’re as good as anyone else. HOWEVER, if you need your current system repaired, call someone else!!! A1 Mechanical exists for one purpose only…to sell you a new system at top dollar (they’ll say it’s because they only use the best materials). They’re not interested in fixing anything. You’ve been warned.

While I’ve decided to not use them at this time, Paul was very nice and thoroughly informational when providing educational tips about my existing units and ductwork. I believe I will use them in the future when I choose to replace my units. Also ask them about their 0% financing! I appreciate Paul’s professionalism and the fact he wasn’t trying to push the sale and provided me with more than enough education about my systems/future systems so that I can in turn make an informed decision! Hope to do business with you guys one day!
