  • Really disappointed in my experience with them. I had them install new ducts alongside my new insulation which was fine. They forgot to complete the entirety of the job and it was only noticed when I had the supervisor come back out. That was finally resolved but I kept being told that there was not much else I could do to cool my house. I went to another company the next day and they were able to find a variety of inefficient and broken things and I ended up having them install a new unit. I had asked first class multiple times if a new unit would be a good idea and they kept dragging their feet. Since installing the new unit my ac runs 75% less! It used to run 22 hours a day unable to cool but now it runs maybe 4 hours total on a hot day. I’m glad I found a solution but mad I wasted time trying to use first class.

  • Couldn’t be happier! Their technion Scott was amazing. Very knowledgeable, and could break it down so I understood. I am definitely using them in the future, and recommend them if you have any heat and air issues! 10 out of 10.

  • **Original review, February 2022: It was 19° out the other day and I realized my furnace wasn’t blowing hot air. I called these folks after randomly finding them on a Google search and noticing that they were close to me. The lady who took my call was polite and seemed knowledgeable. She got us on the schedule for the very last appointment of the same day. When they got to our house, the guys were great. Clean, friendly, neat in their work space, and the were able to fix the unit for a reasonable price. I’ll be saving their info and calling on them again when the units break and to maintain them throughout the year.

    ** Edit, April 2022: So less than 6 weeks later, we realize that my AC, set to 72, couldn’t keep up when it was 81 outside. These folks came out the next day. The quickly realized the system coolant had leaked out and they stayed late looking for the leak. They weren’t able to find it so they called in the owner, Lee. He came out shortly after and was able to identify the leak. They replaced the busted part the AC was back up and running in no time. They also cleaned the outdoor units. While they were going in and out they toon their boots of to keep the floor clean and I thought that was great.

    These folks are now my go-to repair company going forward. I’m so glad I found them.

  • I was so impressed they answered the phone at 730 on a Sunday morning! Sara was able to quickly get a tech scheduled. Scott arrived shortly and was able to diagnose my AC problem and get the system back in service in about 15 minutes. He stayed around for another 30 minutes to make sure system remained operable before he left.

  • Lee and Sara have been hands down the best to work with. They, along with their staff, care about truly helping their customers and not taking advantage. The quality of their work will speak for itself.
