Jordan was great, I’ve used Aire serve for several years. I truly feel they have went downhill in the last couple years. Same $, less service. I always did the plan for a reasonable fee for fall and spring tune-ups they raised it and don’t even change air filter anymore. What am I paying for? Then you have things come up despite their supposedly tune up and checking it twice a year and ends up costing you a fortune anyways.

They are fantastic when selling you a new AC (as anyone is) but when it comes to warranty, a complete joke. Never use these guys. Robert was terrible. My one year old Goodman broke down and they came to look at it, never heard back from them after many attempts. I’m assuming they didn’t know what was wrong. No AC for almost 4 weeks! Hired another company that found the problem asap and fixed it. Even the wholesaler said they don’t sell to the anymore. Never left a bad review, but this one warrants it

We’ve used Aire Serv for multiple projects, two houses and counting. As long as we’re in the Tulsa area, they’re the company for us! They’re always friendly, professional, expedient, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend their seasonal service program – we’ve seen significant savings and increased the life of our units thanks to their routine maintenance subscription.
