Just had a great experience with Steve Musick who was our technician for today. We lost cooling capacity a couple days ago. It’s was cooling but the fan speed was lower than expected and the temp not very cool. Despite having issues with Jack Nelson’s automated online scheduling not booking us a tech for the appointment window, he arrived as fast as he could once assigned. Steve patiently listened to my layman’s simple diagnosis of frozen coils, low fan speed, and history of repairs. He then went right to work!

After refilling some Freon and testing for stability (not to mention upping the fan speed that was set incorrectly on the motherboard on a previous repair) the system was back to working as designed! Nice cool air! Thanks Steve!

Quick service – Fixed the problem. This is the second time I’ve used Jack Nelson. The first was last year when they upgraded my 1.5 ton compressor unit to a 2 ton. Quick, efficient and very reasonable compared to other companies. This time Jeremy came out and solved the problem of a humming system (not the new one). He got to crawl under the house and contort himself to reach a part which solved the issue. Nice guy and good to work with.

Michael Leach was very thorough while installing a new ac unit and new ductwork in our crawl space. We are very pleased with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him in the future. Very pleased and cool.
