Since AEP-PSO offers ths program for FREE (if approved) to their customers, Titan ES, LLC scheduled a time and completed some insulation work at our home. Since I have relatives who are unaware of the program, I referred both my mother and aunt. At our initial and discovery consultation, Johnathan visited with my family and I. He was professional and really nice. Later, a crew of 3 came out to do the actual work and did a decent job. I just wish they’d all cleaned up after the work had been concluded. There was caulk left on our hardwood flooring in the kitchen area. However, the ‘main guy’ (can’t recall his name) was really friendly and tried to keep track of cleaning up after his colleagues. Additionally, I appreciated him for wiping up some caulk that had spilled onto our carpet. I did call later about a few questions that I had. No one answered, after calling for over a week. I finally spoke with someone (Candy), and she said they’d been out of the office. After telling her the purpose of the call-I was told she’d have “him,” return my call. However, no one ever did… that was over a week ago! They’re not always good at returning or answering calls. But overall, I like what Titan offers. Plus, we received a Walmart gift card for both of our referrals, so that was pretty cool, too!👌🏽

I recently contacted PSO about the free weatherization and they hooked me up with Titan ES. The rep came to my house and explained in detail what they would do and how. HE WASNT LYIN! When the crew showed up it was go go GO from the start, they knocked it outta the park. Start to finish bout 3.5 hrs. Only hiccup was cleanup and they came right back over and took care of business. Now my house is like a vacuum chamber it sooo sealed up. And I could tell the very next morning they did it right! Thank yall for the great treatment and going the extra mile to make me satisfied with the entire job!

I called Titan ES, LLC to try to get a lower PSO bill. They just left my home where they just winterized my house FOR FREE!! The guys were completely professional, gave great tips, and made sure that my locks worked before they left. Its almost like they’re paying me because in the end, they’re lowering my PSO Electric bill! Call them. ITS FREE. they’re nice and professional. ITS FREE…Did I mention the free part?
