Matt gave exceptional customer service, was extremely knowledgeable, and arrived in under an hour at 8pm. He kept us from having to get a hotel room seeing that it was over 90 degrees in the house. We are very very happy with AirStar, LLC and would recommend to everyone!!

This is the best company! I had to purchase a new specialty AC and Matt came out to see what was needed, ordered the new AC and installed it. He texted at each step of the way to keep me updated on when the AC was ordered and when it would be delivered, etc. Matt has the very best communication I’ve had from any company ever. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he does everything he says he is going to do plus more. He and his team arrived on time, laid plastic on the floor to protect wood floors and carpet, and worked extremely fast to get the job done. I highly recommend this company!

I had to have a new furnace and air conditioner installed last Fall. Before that I wanted an honest assessment of whether my furnace could make it through the winter. AirStar was recommended to me by my co worker, who used them at her subway locations. I’ve personally have had 2 interactions with them and the workers have always been very pleasant. They came to look at our old dino ice machine, which we ended up replacing the next day. I called them the day we got a new machine to see if they could hardwire a 500lb ice machine for us, and he sent a crew out that same afternoon and got the job completed safety.
