Burnett Home Improvement finished installing our shower a week ago. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire experience was great; Jessica was great to work with; very knowledgeable. She explained the entire process thoroughly and there were no hidden costs or surprises. Our installers Slavic and Andrey were fantastic; they were very professional and gave us a high-quality build. We now have a beautiful luxury shower. We highly recommend Burnett. We look forward to working with them again when we replace our windows.

The installers were very professional and did an awesome job.
They took the walls all the way down to the studs, installed a new drain. faucet, and even installed the shower curtain (we did not want doors),
The whole process was very easy and completed in the time frame they said (2 days)
When the install was completed an employee came to inspect and make sure we were pleased with our shower.

Two weeks ago, I had my shower replaced. My project coordinator Jessica was amazing. She came to my house and helped me create a beautiful shower for my home. From start to finish, I believe I was in contact with 7 Burnett employees, and I have only good things to say about each one. The installers, Slavic and Andrey were fantastic, and very respectful of my property. When they left after the first day, they cleaned everything up so well even though they were coming back the next day to finish. By 9:30am the second day, they were finished, and my new shower and bathroom were sparkling clean and they did an excellent job. I love the foot bar; hidden drain and the pattern for my walls is Tuscany. Thank you, Burnett Home Improvement, I am so pleased with my purchase.
