  • I had them take out a bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower. Pat Simms suggested moving the lighting to the front of the shower for better lighting. I was not informed this had to be done before the installation. One of the brothers came to inspect my displeasure with the chalking not being completed. When the other brother came to bring the chalk, he remembered the conversation of moving the light. Pat called later to say the moving of the light was not put in the contract so they were finished with the job. I was under the impression they would change the lighting after the discussion when hiring. It feels like an incomplete job. Another concern I have is the old fixture up to code.

  • For $16,000 it definitely wasn’t worth it. My parents had their guest shower (16k just for the shower) redone. My father did the demo himself and took the walls down to the studs. They glued their material directly to some cheap osb plywood they hung for backer board. It wasn’t waterproofed at all before they glued their system to it. They left gaps around the wall shelf inserts, and left a cracked piece of material instead of replacing it. The work was poor at best. They didn’t measure something properly because they had to double up on one of the edge borders and just used a crazy amount of their silicone to close any gaps. They also left the osb exposed at the top on the opposite wall of the shower faucet. When they came back to fix the poor silicone job the just plastered the top of the osb with what looks and feels like putty (pretty sure it isn’t water proof/resistant). My dad tried to cancel the other contract for the master bathroom, but they wouldn’t refund his deposit ($8,000) so they just gave him the material for the walls. Save yourself the headache and find a better company that has better pricing and does quality work.

  • Jason, Matt and Chandler did a great job and were very respectful of our home. Very pleased with our new bathroom!

  • The salesman failed to order my shower seat. By the time I knew that, the shower was already in and they said the only way to add it was to go in from the back.. By putting a hole in my living room wall!! I said No! You’re not tearing into my wall!! He told me they would get me a portable shower seat because of the mistake. I texted the salesman to check on it and he said he would get back to me when he got back in the office. That was last week… No word… I’ve already paid my bill, so they just don’t care. I’m highly disappointed with the customer service I received!! The shower looks good, but I have no seat. They also did not put up my second grab bar. I’m still waiting… I could really sue the company. The salesman admitted the seat was written in his notes, he just forgot to put it on the order! Very upset about this! I paid a lot of money to get the shower I wanted and I still don’t have it!!

  • They were amazing throughout the entire process. Any time delays were totally on us, the company was always ready just waiting for us to make decisions.

Glenn was always available and spot checked the work daily.

The crew was friendly and went above and beyond on my requests. I would definitely recommend.
