Overall experience was great. Of course there were a few bumps along the way, which is expected with any home build, but Executive was quick to respond to any concern. We were able to choose some specific customizations and floor plan changes and enjoyed the building process. Great builder for a semi-custom home with quality checks throughout the process. They provide plenty of communication on the stages of the your build, but do know it is done with email, which makes sense for a builder with several job sites at one time. We love our new home! We signed an agreement just over 3 months ago. At that point the home had been framed. We had the opportunity to make numerous modifications and upgrades to customize our home to meet our needs. The process has been excellent so far. Their customer service is via email which was a little difficult to get use to but they are extremely quick to respond. I sent an email this week at 5:30am and by 6:30am the issue was resolved! Who works at 6AM! The building process moves at a very quick pace with multiple contractors working at the same time. We’ve been impressed with everything so far and have enjoyed the process. We built a home in the late 90s and that build almost resulted in a divorce! Not this time! Our home is in the finishing phase and the process has been turned over to the finishing supervisor (Kyle) who I ran into at the house yesterday. He asked if I had any concerns and we went over a couple. He was very interested in making thing right and I feel very confident that it’s going to be done right and on time. There are a ton of bumps and bruises that need to be repaired and it’s his job to get it ready for closing. At this point they send you a 33 page document on repair procedures. Read this and you will understand what’s about to happen. We had EH add a pool. Their pool contractor is Baker Pools. This is our 3rd pool and Baker is doing an outstanding job. I was very familiar with Baker from my last pool build. I didn’t use them on that build because I could afford them but this time we did. I will say this pool is far superior to the last pool I had build 20 years ago. The details and workmanship is excellent. The design will make this the easiest pool to maintain that we have ever had. I’m not sure about their other contractors but Baker is one of the top pool builders in Tulsa and having them as an EH partner speaks highly of their commitment to quality. Baker poured the entire back patio and it’s just amazing down to the smallest detail. We are 3 weeks from closing with a ton of small repairs left and a few exterior items to be finished and I’ll give them 5 stars for every category!

Building our first home with Executive Homes has been nothing short of an amazing experience; I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

Without exaggeration, they have been absolutely perfect throughout our entire process. Their efficiency is unmatched, with almost unbelievable build times. What’s even better is that their speed didn’t come at the cost of quality or care for their customer.

As first-time home buyers we knew almost nothing going in, but Executive Homes’ provides resources that are both comprehensive and educational. When we had concerns or questions that were not covered by their existing material, it was incredibly easy to reach out to them and receive help. It truly feels like they care about you as a person, which was very reassuring when making a purchase of this magnitude.

(We were still living in California for the first portion of the build process, and even with the distance everything felt easy and seamless.)

The house itself is *incredible*. So often I’ve read horror stories about modern home builders cutting corners; using cheap materials and sacrificing quality for speed. Executive Homes does not conform to these stereotypes at all — they’re the real deal. The floor plans, building materials, finishes, etc. are all just outstanding. Their expertise is showcased in the quality of their work. If you’re on the fence, go visit a model home and be blown away.

Overall the experience felt immensely personal and tailored to us, as we felt like we were treated with the utmost care and attention from start to finish.

We couldn’t be happier with our home, and given the opportunity to do it all over again, would choose Executive Homes every single time.
