Hi I’ve been with CityWide almost a year now Jennifer they works in the office in The City got me start very helpful helped me get my license cause I’m not tht great with online stuff.The staff their and in Tulsa office great and my business has been booming every since they got me great accounts and also set me up with a great insurance lady name Jennifer also in Oklahoma City tht got me insurance she excellent all of them are with what they do Can’t leave out my number One man Mont they I met several years ago and influenced me he said if I should consider getting my company cause I was a great at what I did I love my job and it’s got a lot great advantage s so I give City wide a 100 percent thanks guys couldn’t did it without u they made my company a big success.

CitiWide has been at my facility since December of 2021. Over a year ago I posted a great review. The team was outstanding and very responsive. Now I am pulling teeth to get any type of response. I gave the team over a weeks notice to make sure my facility was cleaned but instead I have my coworkers cleaning up minutes before our big event.
The next day I sent an email to the GM and Owner, they DID NOT address any of the issues yet had the nerve to make sure and send me a quote for a new service that I had asked for weeks before.
Areas have been missed. Supplies are being ordered that aren’t needed. And there’s absolutely ZERO communication.
Very disappointed with how things have turned out.
