  • They did a descent job but they summited a bill that took $30,000.00 off my rebuild cost so I have that less to rebuild my house. They will throw away items that are unnessery and clean items that were not going to be reused They pray on victims of a house fire so beware there is more but I’m going to stop here. I now have decided to continue because they have added insult to injury I recieved a lien notice for another bill $11,000.00 that I haven’t paid waiting on money from the insurance company well I paid it today because I just recieved the check yesterday. I had a meeting with them last week they were more concerned about the Google review than to resolve my initial complaint so now they screwed me out of almost $42,000.00. It dosen’t look like they are willing to make it right so my review stays and I hope to God that people will not use this worthless business now I’m done

  • I would highly recommend this company for your restoration needs! My carpet flooded from an unknown source and I was able to speak to Christopher Watchorn, who was extremely helpful and courteous. I was absolutely distraught over the situation. Christopher showed impressive professionalism while also being sympathetic and listening to my concerns. He scheduled an appointment for me and the following day Chance Meeks and his crew showed up (on time) and was able to quickly assess the problem and provide solutions, as well as going beyond what they were sent to do, like finding the source of my water leak, to which I’m forever grateful. BMS has fantastic customer service and I will only be using this company in the future.

  • Thanks to Ken & Jim for helping our family when we needed them. They quickly and efficiently took care of our water damage claim through our insurance carrier and got us back in our home and on our feet within a month.

  • Ken Stevens came out to assess the damage to my property and provided what I believe to be the first honest evaluation. Prior to his visit, I had a few other water restoration companies assess the situation, and they all gave me direct-pay quotes ranging from $3,750 to $4,500, despite the fact that I had already addressed most of the damage myself. I had a friend extract all the water, remove the flooring and baseboards, and cut the drywall around the origin of the leak. Additionally, I had rented several dehumidifiers, which Ken confirmed were more than sufficient for the square footage and extent of water damage.

    Unlike the other companies, Ken didn’t resort to scare tactics or unnecessary upselling. While the other assessments focused on exaggerated risks, like mold growth, Ken used his moisture reader to verify that there was no significant moisture left in the walls. He reassured me that, given the newness of my home, the likelihood of mold was minimal. Even though there was no work for his company, Ken took the time to thoroughly measure moisture levels throughout my house.

    I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism he demonstrated. While BM wouldn’t benefit financially from my situation, Ken’s integrity stood out. I highly recommend him and would definitely call them again (knock on wood) if I ever need their services in the future.

  • Wonderful experience working with BMS CAT. Quick response time and the work is done in a timely manner. Chris and Jonathan were the main point of contact, always professional and quick to respond. I would highly recommend them to any other commercial businesses in the area.
