I wanted new black aluminum casement and single hung windows for my house. I tried working with several well-known companies, but ultimately none of them could provide the custom windows I wanted at a reasonable price. Then I found Thermal Windows (J & M Glass Co) online and contacted them. I did a lot of research and they checked out as a very solid, local company. Ricky was great. He made the measurements and said they could provide the kind of windows I wanted because their company custom builds the windows here in Dallas. I went to their manufacturing facility and I loved the quality of their windows. Ricky’s measurements were fast and accurate and a few weeks later the custom windows were installed with no problems and the price was very reasonable. I am so happy with the results!! We bought all new windows in 2018 for our house and almost 5 years later we are still happy with them. Any time I’ve had an issue, they come out and fix it. I think the value for what I got was great. The photos are from ~5 years later
