The Asphalt Driveway installed on my property started falling apart within weeks after Jim and Dallas Paving completing the job (see photos below). This company does not honor warranties or come back to fix anything. Filed a complaint with the BBB but got nowhere. Ultimately filed a lawsuit against Dallas Paving. I was recently awarded a significant default judgement as they failed to show up to court. Jim knew I had overwhelming evidence of his fraudulent work. I hired an engineering firm to take core samples in various locations of the driveway and draft an engineering report of the findings. The report showed Dallas Paving failed to grade major portions of the driveway. They also installed very little (and in some cases NO) subbase and the asphalt in many locations was too thin, barely an inch in some instances. There are currently several lawsuits against this organization.

Ask yourself: Do you really want to hire a contractor with multiple pending lawsuits?
