Got sold on the Pave stone guarantees. The ground moves so much in Dallas I thought this was the way to go in case the pave stones shifted. PAVPRO are impossible to get to come back and follow up. Last time it took more than 6 months to get someone to even look at my pave stones that had shifted. The crew did a good job but none of them spoke English and I don’t speak Spanish. When I would call the foreman he kept telling me how busy he was with commercial jobs. He came by at the start but never saw him again until the end. This is probably how all construction workers operate but don’t get sold on their guarantees, those are worthless.

I am sorry to say that we could not have been more disappointed in the PaverPro team. Their paver work is great, I will say that… but, the way they left our backyard after they completed their work was beyond terrible. They did not cover any of our backyard furniture and moved it do their work in our landscaping. They dust from the stone cutting was all over the furniture, they left our water hose in our pool, our furniture in our landscaping and did not clean up at all. It was terrible! We had to have our pool company, Gold Medal Pools, come and clean it up, which they did. I would not recommend this company due to the way they left our backyard and furniture. What a shame!

I highly recommend Pavepro! If you need a pool deck, this is your place! Adam is a really nice guy, personable and professional. They can do the most amazing things with pavers! Are you needing a new driveway? You need to check out their work. I highly recommend Pavepro!

PavePro gave us an excellent price and quality deck work. We posted before and after pictures.
The best part of this review is, after the work was done we discovered a leak in our pool. By accident their pavers hit one of our lines causing the pool to leak. We already paid PavePro in full and was concerned they may not own up to the accident.
We called John one of the partners of PavePro and he immediately took action and had the repairs done without question to us. That in itself showed us the integrity of the company which is a rare trait these days. So for that reason, along with good work, we give them a five star rating!

We just had fire pit built and we love it! Steve and his team were wonderful and did a great job. Would highly recommend them!
