Just finished the window replacements while remodeling my 23 year old house. Renewals by Andersen provided high quality windows and a high quality installation. The crew were so respectful of my home and left the yard and floors cleaner than when they started!

Final update- the missing window was one mishap while they switched systems and also had another order with the same last name, I cannot blame them for this. The scratched glass, it is inconvenient but again I can’t blame them because they fixed it. I do think a few things can be nicer regarding the install. Silicone glossy VS the matte trim, door trim being cracked in the process of door install. But things happen and overall this company has been helpful with getting everything fixed so we are happy.
Update- had another crew come and replace the scratched windows/door. Still am missing one window. Almost 5 months later. Also, the sliding glass door has 2 panels scratched and new panels have scratches in the exact same spot AND during this install they completely ruined the molding around the door frame as you can see in the photo. Cracked, they tried to silicone over them to “fix”.
INITIALLY, I was very pleased with this company and I still am with certain people. It’s been 3 months since we have had our windows installed. Right after installation, one window has a bubble, our sliding door has rubs on the glass, we are missing a window completely, and the windows were poorly installed. Doesn’t look like something you’d get for the amount of money you pay. We had someone come back out and they agreed it was poorly done, starting to get everything fixed. NOW I’ve noticed that the frame on one window is peeled up. I’m sorry but again, for the amount of money we paid for all of this, I would NOT expect such a horrible experience with the install.

Can’t imagine why we waited so long. This company that has well lots of ads everywhere you look has done an amazing transformation to our back door and from beginning to end the sales gentleman Tom and instal crew I can’t remember their name but was by far the most professional team I’ve met. We couldn’t be happier. We had our door looked at two years later by them to adjust one and they came out took 5 minutes and once again we are so very happy. Thank you so so much.
