I chose Williams Windows, based on their Google reviews. I started with three estimates, and this one was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They also had a window special at the time that I received my estimate. From start to finish they were professional, on time, and kept me up-to-date on the expectations of completion as some of the products were delayed. I knew going in it would be at least 5-6 weeks for manufacturing. And though it did take a bit longer, I was still updated several times leading up to service. One of the main things that I liked about this company is that they told me that they would worry about blinds and drapes and moving furniture for me which was very helpful, even though I did take some of the drapes down myself ahead of time. The insulation crew was also very professional and my sales team member made sure to thoroughly go through each window to ensure that they were functioning properly before he left. The crew did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves as well. I have not had a chance to really experience the windows yet, but just upgrading from my single pain aluminum windows, already makes my home quieter. I definitely recommend them.

Complete scam of a company. Offered us a lifetime guarantee for their incredibly overpriced windows two years ago, only to now have their phone lines disconnected and website down when I need a repair. They must have known they were going out of business and offered the lifetime guarantee as a last ditch effort to get customers. It’s sad that such dishonesty exists in our world.
