We worked with Justin on replacing our front door. Justin was very good with the design process and provided us some great financing options. At some point we got a little frustrated with the company’s unresponsiveness and also they made some mistakes in installation. However they fixed all of it and the quality of their work was very good. It was a little difficult to know who to talk to after the contract was signed but before the work was completed. But once the annoyances of the process are forgotten, we are very happy with the end result!

We purchased 36 Marvin Essentials windows for our new home build. $25,000 invested with this company. After down payment was received salesman became rude and smart a** in his text message responses. Everything looked great when windows were delivered but we were short 1 window. I told them several times and they didn’t even take the time to locate it or make sure another one was ordered. Still no contact from anyone. I’ve been installing windows for 30+ years and these windows are horribly designed. The weather stripping where the window sash overlaps the frames is barely adequate to seal out the air. Daylight is visible from the inside looking out. Pictures were taken and sent to Amazing Exteriors and I was told someone from installation and warranty would contact me. No calls, emails or texts from anyone. A week later I called my salesman and he said maybe you would have better luck if you went to the office. What a joke, and a complete disappointment to say the least. This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to order my missing window from a different company and received that window in 8 days instead of 10 weeks. Do your research and make wise decisions and stay clear of this company.
