Awesome experience with Best Buy Windows. From the short, to the point sales presentation and estimate to ordering and installation, I had a painless and a very positive experience. The install team led by Raphael were amazing. They worked quickly and were super respectful of my home. They cleaned all the windows when done, vacuumed, and took every bit of trash with them. We’ve had severe rain since they were installed and all windows are bone dry. The new windows have helped with the AC bill and keep the outside noise to a minimum. They had the best price of the 3 quotes I got. I would highly recommend Best Buy Windows.

The salesman was low key, pleasant, informative. The installer was pleasant, efficient, meticulous. He replaced furniture, etc. perfectly and swept up when done. He even gave me a tutorial in how to work the operable windows. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I love the exterior look and the muted, soft light coming through the windows on the interior.

GREAT COMPANY! Very professional. Quick and gets the job done right. Everyone I’ve interacted has been great. There was a window not opening well and a guy came out asap to educate me on how to fix it and it wasn’t because it wasn’t installed right, but user error on my part.

Watch out for scare tactics and assertions of competitors having inferior products and service.
My project included 24 windows.
John Allen was recommended by 2 of my personal friends who used him on their homes.
Professional salesman who knows his product and industry.
The windows are manufactured in Flower Mound Tx.
I accepted his quote and met with his GM Tony to set up the order at their Richardson Tx office.
They sent Pat to measure my windows for accuracy. Very meticulous man.
Order was placed and delivery of windows was 4 weeks.
Shelly called to confirm date of installation.
My installation crew was Raphael and Kevin.
For 2 days they worked as a well oiled machine removing each existing window and prepped opening for new window.
Care and skill made the experience very impressive.
Their organization and cleanup was extraordinary.

My window prodject went smoothly from start to finish. The installation crew showed up on time and even helped me move some furniture so they could do their work. They installed 11 windows in my family room in 3.5 to 4 hours I was impressed with their work and windows! They cleaned up after themselves which was a great help.. I would recommend this company for anyone wanting quality windows without breaking the bank with excellent customer service.
