Been dealing with this place for over a yr. Took them six months to put in windows and side my home. Been to the office so many times it is not countable. They will not honor there warranty work by contract. My advice to anyone that thinks about getting work done. DON’T!!!!!!! 4000.00 for the trouble.

Let me start with Clancy the technician who came to explain to us the different windows they had and how they worked was great and he was very helpful and patient with all our questions. We decided to order our windows with Community Builders and after 3 months we got our windows installed by Bob he is super nice and took care of the installation making it worry free he took the time to make sure everything was working and clean and windows look amazing, very satisfied with the the job they did. If I had to get new windows again I will definitely use this company but what I like the most is that they have life warranty, amazing!

Extremely unprofessional and delay after delay with the company. Poor management, and very little customer support while I waited and waited.
On the front end, I was told that the sales person would come back and inspect all the work in my home to make sure it met my satisfaction. He never came, had left the company but called me personally asking me to pay the entire bill so he could get paid.
The shower-head fell off the wall within the first two weeks so I just went and bought a new one. I The two windows I had them replace were poorly sealed and look very cheap with all the calking errors.
I would Never recommend doing business with this organization! Oh and they harassed me with a written threat from one of their attorneys. Please Do not put yourself and jobs through all this horrible and stressful situation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I used them about 2yrs ago for windows and siding for my home. I have been calling them about a window that doesn’t stay up when raised, and also for them to look at the guttering and siding for repairs with no call back. I have literally called over 15 times and left voicemails within the last 3 weeks. I fully understand being busy but to not even get a callback acknowledging they received the messages or they will get something scheduled. It is very upsetting when you spend 30,000 grand and they don’t have the respect to even return a call. I also contacted the BBB and will past this review there as well. It’s a stupid amount of money and I regret following through with this horrible company.

BEWARE! is my main recommendation! We were connected to this company when we contacted Jacuzzi to have 2 showers redone to make them safer for my grandmother, who just got out of the hospital. We got estimates from 2 trustworthy contractors, but they were booked out 6+ months. They assured us 6-8 weeks. So we agreed to pay nearly double our lowest bid for a custom tile shower because we needed it immediately. Paid $6000 non refundable deposit. 8 weeks came and went nothing. Unable to reach anyone by phone or get a return call until 4 months later and only after my husband went in there after our salesman returned a call and informed us he was no longer employed there due to a bounced paycheck. 6 months later, after being called a liar and an idiot basically. Oh, and trying to bully us into paying them more money before they said they would come do any shower. They finally called and said they had materials and could do both. They complete 1, and when leaving for the day, let us know they don’t have enough material to do the 2nd one. A week later, they were able to get material to do 2nd shower. They came done it in a few days and said it was complete and wanted payment. Wouldn’t have been a problem, but they’d installed the wrong shower door. They got angry when we wouldn’t sign the paper stating we were satisfied with the work and wouldn’t have them return. Within an hour, the office was calling my husband, threatening to sue if we didn’t pay immediately. Those bully tactics work on some people, I’m sure, but we’re not one of them. Without seeing it said we had what Jacuzzi considered a frameless door. Like we’re idiots and couldn’t read what was printed plainly in our contract or see on the commercials. So this went back and forth being threatened with lawsuits. My husband finally spoke with the president of the company. He offered to replace the door with one slightly different than we should’ve had for $500 more. Then, they changed and said they’d do it for no cost like they were doing us a favor, but wanted us to pay $12,000 of the remaining $17,600. Because they were 90% done with the job. Well, the contract said balance due upon completion. I’m not an unreasonable person and figured they might be having money problems, and the contractor needed to be paid. So I went to take in a check for what covered the master shower minus the $6000 deposit they’d already received 6 months prior. Once I got somebody to the front and asked for Nathan, they immediately had an attitude first thing out her mouth said he’s with the lawyer, just trying to be intimidating, not knowing my husband had been talking to him all day. Also, not knowing I am not the one! Anyways I leave and take my check with me. Several days later, Nathan came to our home, and we worked it out. He was very kind and apologetic. Went and looked and agreed that we were given the wrong door and was under the impression it was a different door on there and assured it’d be taken care of. And within a week, it was. What’s the craziest is the rude, disrespectful women that work there. Employees like that will kill a company! Read the BBB and Google reviews. This has been an ongoing problem with the staff and when it comes to showers, especially. They blame Jacuzzi and covid 4yrs ago for supply issues etc. We also work in the construction industry, if one of our suppliers were doing us like they say Jacuzzi is, then it’d be time to cut ties. A business is only as good as the team it surrounds itself with! We wish them all the best and are so grateful to have ended this nightmare! Photos of the first door and then the replacement semi frameless we settled with also of the master we were happy with.
