I had a water damaged mudroom in the rear of my home, all of 64 square feet, that I hired them to repair and make usable. It took them five full months and they ended up charging me over $200 per square foot! They needed constant direction and “reminding” of details that had been communicated to them multiple times. Subcontractors like Beauty-crete did excellent work, but as General Contractors they are completely useless, incompetent to the point of seeming deceitful. If you have time to coordinate subs on your own (I did not) you would be much better off. If you don’t, hire someone else.
