Be warned, I had to charge back $600 in additional fees that the rental service tacked on to my bill. This nearly doubled the cost. I will never rent from them again. This wasn’t because tools that I didn’t clean or something. They added hidden charges including an “Accessory Salvage” charge of over $400 on a $200 rental.
I have since been driving farther to just go to Lowes after this experience, which is an inconvenience. Luckily I have insurance for scams on my card.
Do not rent tools from them.
