The team at Accurate have been awesome to work with! They are quick to respond, show up on time and do a great job communicating!

I dropped off a fire bottle about a week ago at this business. I was met, not greeted by a man who did not seem to care that I was there and he seemed annoyed that I asked any questions. He took my bottle gave me a tear off stub for a claim ticket and told me I would get a call back when my bottle was ready. I then asked what it would cost to buy a second bottle from them the same size as the bottle I was leaving. The man who waited on me seemed more bothered by my request and looked up the price in a tattered price book and gave what seemed to be overly priced. So I left the bottle and was kinda shocked by how unfriendly this man was, as I was being polite! I called back today a week later and was told by a nicer lady on the phone my bottle was ready after she checked with the workers that refill and service the bottles. I will be picking up my bottle tomorrow and hopefully the service will be better!

I had called 2 other places to have a fire extinguisher serviced because they were closer to me. In both instances I was told I would need to set an appt and that right person would need to call me back to set the appointment. Neither ever called me. I called Accurate Fire and they told me to drop in anytime which I did. Took approximately 10 minutes at most and was less than what I was expecting to pay. They were very friendly and later in the day when I accidentally broke off the plastic seal on the pin they replaced it within minutes. Will definitely use them in the future.
