Adrian and his crew are honest and produce high quality work. He completed an extensive remodel on our modular home and did an excellent job. He worked around our schedule, and made sure we were not inconvenienced by the construction with a new baby. I would recommend him to anyone considering a remodel and needing other contractor work. I will be using his services in the future for additional work.

Update: We are very happy repeat customer’s of Adrian’s Paint and Remodel. This time we had the interior and exterior of the house painted, as well as all of the windows replaced. Adrian also took care of some smaller miscellaneous repairs needed inside the house. His whole crew was kind and hard working for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good home improvement repairs.

They replaced the two front privacy fences for us and painted our front door. The business itself is very friendly and responsive. We had an appt with a company and they never showed up. We were given a 3 month out repair time from another company. Adrian came out the day after we called, sent us an estimate that week and ultimately did the job over the weekend. That’s responsive service. We will be getting our list ready for other home repairs/work we want done. My husband and I will certainly share his business with anyone who is looking for a handyman.

We are so thankful for Adrian’s expertise and muscle to totally remodel the home we purchased in preparation for retirement. Our project was complex and lengthy, transforming a house built in the late 80s into a modern and accessible beauty . Our project included: tearing out walls to open up space and build new ones to reconfigure the floor plan, elevating a sunken living room, removing various windows and doors to make way for french doors and new bathroom skylight, upgrading the house from 3 bathrooms to 4, installing tankless water heaters and a new furnace, adding a concrete landing w/ steps and rails on the back porch, laying tile and wood floors + widening all doorways to 36,” replacing all cabinets throughout the home, upgrading the countertops to quartzite, and an overhaul of the kitchen by adding a spacious island, install all new appliances and farm sink. Of course, he also repainted the whole inside and re-did the trim throughout as well. To round out the job, Adrian installed a new attic ladder in the garage, scraped all the popcorn texture off the ceiling and repainted it. Adrian was great to keep us informed of the progress made along the way through pictures, phone calls and text messages. Often, he was with us when meeting w/ various contractors to discuss cabinet making, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and choosing flooring and tiles. Separate from remodeling the house, Adrian arranged for the septic system to be attended to, did a week of tree and debris cleanup on our property after a severe storm came through, and he even helped to make the roof repairs required after that same storm. I just can’t say enough about how pleased we are to have chosen him.
