Guys, if you need work done, call these guys! They communicate, they do what they say they will do, they do it on time and they do quality work! They just put a new roof on my home and I couldn’t be happier. Their project manager, Michelle, is outstanding! She keeps in touch and even visited during the work day to make sure all was well. She followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy! It’s refreshing to see a company work like this. I know they are very busy, but I’ve got more work for them if they can squeeze me in!! Great job, Advanced Remodeling!!

Jason installed a new roof in 2016 & It started leaking in 2018. He came to fix the issue which only got worse. He stated it was a vent and I believed him. This June ,6 years later, a leak started in another room that doesn’t have a vent. I just found out and multiple other companies stated the material used under the shingles was not the correct material. Jason said that’s “subjective “. According to the manufacturer’s recommendation it’s not. The material that is missing is also in my contract line item #2, stating ice & water shield would be installed in all problem areas. I just had my roof taken off and it was discovered there is no ice and water shield installed on my roof.
Jason has strung me along for years blaming a vent. I had no idea he did not follow the contract nor the correct materials were not installed until I recently had the roof inspected by other companies and removed. Also, I discovered he’s not registered through the Industry Board in Oklahoma. Google it and you can check for yourself.

This company changed my world (home). They are beyond professional with exquisite designs with superb quality and craftsmanship, raising the bar extremely high. The attention to detail is what sets them apart from any other competitor. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. For the price I definitely got more than my moneys worth. The excellent communication from Alyssa, in the office, Tony, the on site supervisor, and Jason, the owner, leaves, no question, that I was taking care of throughout the entire process. Zero complaints, only amazing things to say.

Worst experience with a contractor in my life. He sent someone to fix my wood rot who knew nothing about repairing it – then took him months and me having to keep asking to send someone else out. I recently had a gutter guy looking at my roof in an area he supposedly repaired and was told there is still wood rot there and he did a terrible job! I emailed him about coming out to fix again – he sends another guy out and never follows up AGAIN. He is so dishonest and unethical and should not take on jobs he cannot do right the first time. I asked for a refund and of course he ignored me so now I have to pay someone else to do it correctly which I cannot afford to do. What an awful experience and owner to deal with.

Less than 2 years after a kitchen remodel my floor, which is supposed to match the rest of my flooring, is separated and cracked, after complaining several times about it not being laid correctly, see photos. I was told multiple times my project wasn’t a priority bc of a $100,000 plus siding project in midtown. Now, my cabinet doors are falling off and molding is sub par. Also, mudding and sanding weren’t priorities.

There was NO water damage. I was told by the owner the grout would fix it. It absolutely didn’t.
The owners daughter told me about the “more important ” jobs and why mine wasn’t a priority
