Quickest to come out- technician was young and knowledgeable, but he cared more about selling the yearly plan then just charging for the visit. Wouldn’t acknowledge current special and wanted to charge $160 just to hose off my unit + service call. Since cell service was out in my area, I would’ve had to leave and drive to the nearest gas station just to call and let them know what was going on. I’m assuming he gets commission off selling yearly plans…. Other than this scheduling was easy and everything else went good.

David was amazing – he was extremely kind and honest and laid out all possibilities of what fixing the issue could entail including all costs that I could be faced with up front. He was efficient and did great work keeping me up to date with everything as he was doing it. Not only did he get the plumbing in my bathroom back in working order he managed to save me hundreds of dollars in the process. The sheer integrity alone was amazing but his diligence and attention to detail blew me away. ACS has a new customer. Thank you so much. And give David a raise.
