    Was very thorough in going True the steps and making sure he familiarized himself with the owners home wiring, and set up that everything that was labeled was labeled correctly and everything that was supposed to be turned off was turned off again, being very thorough who was set up installation of the unit and teardown the old unit.
    Both worked in 99° temperature and 108 heat index. Very pleased with the professionalism and the work ethics that were Displayed and was being done
    Both the lead man and helper work together very good. You can tell that they Have worked together before had a good work pace, not quick or hurried, but not laid-back either.
    Got the unit installed And working quicker than estimated.

  • Professional, timely, respectful, conscientious of safety and compliance concerns along with a bit of friendly education to a consumer. Airco Service employee Bryan McKay (sales) was very informative about the products (hot water tank) efficiency, usage, life span and ways to make it last longer by doing a flush, discussed different options and pricing, even took a minute to look at my ceiling fan and to give us a quote on a new heat and air unit. He also called us the same day to say that the tank we agreed on was not in their warehouse and would need to be ordered and install would be Thursday. The one they had was a couple hundred dollars more, but same quality and we went with that one for an earlier install and was told there would be no price increase to us as it was not our fault it was not in stock. – highly recommend and will call him when we are ready, he even sent us a nice and personalized thank you note in the mail – these things matter – promote him! The Airco installers Michael, Garnett, and Dakota went above and beyond to ensure safety and compliance measures were met. Our house was built in 1969 and was not up to code and they took care of us at no extra cost or inconvenience to us. The two main installers were here a bit longer only to ensure our safety. It was a wonderful and joyful experience and I want them to know that we noticed – we highly recommend Airco based on our experience. I was also highly impressed with the red carpet they laid out to ensure there was no damage to our flooring when they rolled in the tank and the attention they gave to the clean up process before leaving. The only negative was that the service department never called us back about our water leak and sink installs. We ended up working with a colleague of ours to complete these task. However, this will not stop us from using Airco again based on the above aforementioned experience.

  • Randy did a perfect job of repositioning our kitchen island pendant lights and adding two additional recessed lights. Neither was an easy job especially since he found the handyman who previously installed the lights left wiring loose and uncapped in the attic which could have caused a fire! We are so thankful for Randy and Airco’s excellent service. We would recommend them any day!

  • This place was wonderful and fast. My tech Nathan was respectful of my work from home job. They were polite and efficient. Got all my work done in a day. There was some work that was done under the house as well! Will work with them again in the future.

  • I had a great experience purchasing two new heat and air conditioning systems from AirCo. They were able to come out quickly to evaluate what was needed, and have multiple options at different price points to meet my budget. Once I decided on a solution they were able to start the install the next business day and had both systems completely finished in two days, including some duct work and running new lines to one system. They even made sure I had some cooling working the first night so we weren’t stuck in a hot house. Many thanks to Coleton and Dylan for the fast, efficient and quality work.
