We chose American Replacement Windows because of their warranty, window selection, competitive prices and customer service reviews. We replaced all of our windows, 48 total. Waited 2 months for our new windows. Windows replaced in 3 days… that’s right, all 48 windows in 3 days, amazing! Workers were efficient, super clean and great to work with. Minor lock issues with 3 windows. Lock repairs were made fairly quickly (a month later they were fixed and working properly). One window had a stress fracture. Took almost 3 months to get window sash replaced.
Overall, the window replacement team was the best part of this experience, and of course their team leader Mike. We had many fears and doubts. This was all for nothing because Mike and his team went above and beyond to meet and surpass our expectations. Thank you Mike and Orlando for taking care of our home during this whole experience, making it easy to reach out and connect during the whole process and for our beautiful windows.

Communication is a priority. American Replacement was excellent. I received emails and texts within 24-hours everytime I communicated with them. They also let me know every step of the way what was happening and when they were going to start the install.
I compared pricing with three different vendors. American Replacement Windows was 20% lower than the others, even with the exact same windows and requirements. They quoted three-day installation and finished in two.
Once on site, the crew leader let us know how long it would take and was quick to respond to my questions. His crew worked quickly and ensured the plants and bushes were not trampled on. And the also completely cleaned their work, both around the house and in the street. I could not have asked for better work.
I give them a well-deserved 5-star rating. Highly recommended.

They did all new windows in my house. Some custom, some very large, most were common size. Crew was professional and cleaned up every day. They did very good work. Would recommend American Replacement Windows to everyone in the market. Very good quality Anlin windows and awesome warranty. Mike the sales guys I dealt with was above and beyond. I’m very surprised our punchlist was so small and knocked the same day. Not the cheapest deal in town, but by far the best, hassle free deal you will do when it comes to replacing windows. Go for it!

We had windows installed 2 years ago. We were given the whole speech life time warranty on installation, we are the best installers, and great customer service. We were very happy with our NT windows. But we had one room, north facing that was so cold in the winter and hot in the summer. We called Mike and he came and looked at them he said it was a manufacturer defect. We had the manufacturer come out to look at them and they explained how they were installed out of square that caused them to leak and not be energy efficient at all. We have called Mike his voice mail is full he doesn’t return phone calls and now we are going to have to pay someone else to reinstall. As a side note we lost some of our windows in a horrible storm in May 2023 and to replace 4 windows it was going to cost half of the price we paid for the whole house. We found a new window company who returns our calls and is reinstalling our windows so they don’t leak air.

We are extremely happy with our new windows. Mike was easy to work with and explain the process. His team was extremely professional and punctual. They had a crew that you can tell takes pride in doing a job well done. They took care to protect furniture and flooring and had a team member dedicated to vacuuming, dusting and moving furniture back where it belongs. I would highly recommend this company if you need windows replaced.
