Build 3 summers ago, Fair build timeline, original project managers quit at near completion time, took forever to get realigned, I’m hoping they have it together. So far pool is doing well.
Unfortunately during the finalization of the project, cement contractor created a low spot and a very bad connection line between the existing patio and new pool pad, started chipping out after a few weeks, looks ugly and poorly done, French drain separating after they tried to seal cement seam line , I was going to upgrade the drain but decided they will likely not show up and I was willing to pay for the upgrade, then decided it’s not my responsibility, they can just replace the existing drain and cement, never heard from them again .Tried to get replacement done, but seem to be best for them to walk away and close out this job vs making customer happy and doing it right. Stated we have too much money in this project already. Not my fault. Pleased with the pool so far and I hope they figure out how to make customers happy, I am certain it was a issue with the prior team trying to manage projects

Built a pool and pavillion. Communication was always great. Took the time to work through each issue (and we ran into a few big ones) and always felt like we were being treated fair. Love the final product.
