I worked with Brady Tile to replace my shower insert with an accessible shower. The first thing I noticed about Mr. Brady was his punctuality. Every day that he was scheduled to do work, he arrived on time. He is polite, congenial and very pleasant to be around. He stored his tools and equipment neatly and cleaned up every day. He anticipated potential issues and explained them so that we could make a good decision on how to proceed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome – his work is beautiful! The shower now fits my needs and looks great.

Harold and his team (mostly Rich at this project) did an amazing job! They were very professional, punctual and committed to doing the job correctly. We used large wood looking tiles and they had no problem installing them. Communication was A+, they would respond to texts promptly and were clear about expectations. Despite a couple hiccups, he addressed all of our concerns and made sure the job was done right. The job lasted about 3 weeks, they did our first floor and fireplace. They were also mindful of our home, covered and protected existing cabinetry from dust and always kept their equipment organized and clean around the house. Harold and Rich were excellent at their job and just overall a joy to be around. I would definitely recommend them for any tile job and will be using them again in the future. Thanks again!
