I called Brian about an emergency project. He was very responsive, telling me he would be onsite the same night or early the next morning. He never showed up, when I asked why, he stated he spoke to our client and they wanted him later in the day which was not true. He then never showed up, never picked up any calls or texts. I would not use him or trust him to do what he says.
