On the 3rd visit to the store I was finally able to place an order for 2 interior doors I could not get anywhere else. I asked if my order could be delivered and was told they were too busy. I asked if the doors would be wrapped or otherwise protected and was told their guys knew how to load doors. The doors were not wrapped and luckily I brought my own cardboard to keep doors from getting scratched. I only ordered 2 doors and never felt like I was being treated like a customer more as a hinderance to their real business. Good thing my wife likes the doors.

We wanted to purchase a window insert and came to Builder First Source.
Tanner Cheek was amazing. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a couple of options. There was no pressure and he wasn’t trying to sell us something that the business needed to sell – he listened and gave us 2 options that fit exactly what we wanted.
Rick worked up the transaction and was very pleasant and helpful with directions of where to pick up the item.
Rob was in the pick-up area and brought an extra bag of screws in case the bag of screws that were supposed to be in the window had fallen out.
I would definitely come here again if I needed something that they sell.

Tanner was able to get our window replaced under warranty. Devonte and Matt showed up promptly and replaced the window in less than an hour. Very good experience with all these gentlemen.
