  • My mother in law has been waiting months for them to fix her house from a storm a year ago. Everytime she talks to someone NEW,, they have alot of good answers for her , then never show up. I guess smaller jobs aren’t impo r want to them.

  • We have had a horrible experience w Burgraff. It took them 3 months to restore our 22 sq ft bathroom. Original estimate was $1700. We received a new estate a few days after the work was completed for $3900. Trying to get anyone to have a conversation with us about the project has been a lot of unreturned phone calls and texts and scheduled meetings where no one shows up or calls to say the are not coming. I would never recommend this company for anything.

  • Our experience with Burgraff in Tulsa couldn’t have been better. Jason Phillips was our project manager and he went above and beyond to help us. We had a dishwasher leak last summer that destroyed our hardwood floors. They even had to remove our large island and lower cabinets. The entire first floor was hardwood so everything had to be refinished. New wood had to be ordered because it’s Brazilian walnut. They told us from the beginning that it was a three month project. Pure Insurance recommended Burgraff and we’re glad they did. Everything went according to plan and we moved back in right on time. And then- the floors failed. Not sure why, but the one week power outage and heat and humidity might have played a part. The flooring contractor refused to admit that there was a problem. With Jason’s help we got them to agree to redo it and put another top coat on, this time with a different, tougher product. We moved out again, this time for 10 days. Jason made it all go flawlessly and we finally got back home and moved in. Communication with Jason was impeccable. I needed him today, after yesterdays move in, and he came within the hour to help. We’ve used many contractors in our 58 years of marriage and have dealt with our share of disasters. No one has ever done the job like Jason/Burgraff. Our insurance company was also amazing and worth the money we pay them every year. Our only problem was the flooring contractor and Jason took care of that issue. So, call Burgraff and talk to Jason Phillips. He’ll take care of you like a family member.

  • Absolutely horrible customer service. Untrustworthy company. Chuck is disrespectful, tyrannical, and rude. I told him immediately upon arriving for inspection that we were handling tear out to which he responded, “No, you aren’t.” Excuse me?! He told me we would receive an estimate in a timely manner and that they would work with our insurance to get everything taken care of. He lied. We finally had to reach back out to him and request the estimate, which did not even include the proper type of flooring, when he is the one who personally came to the home and inspected. It took several days to get an amended estimate, which was exactly $6 less than the first one, how?! The flooring price should have obviously changed, and it did not. My husband asked about it and requested he take off the tear out and disposal, as we said from the beginning that we were doing ourselves. It has been a week now and we have gotten no response. We have had no flooring in our kitchen for 2 months. Insurance is a pain to deal with already, but even they made good on their part by now. We are now using a different company who has responded in a timely manner and given a reasonable estimate. I will never recommend Burggraf. I saw Chuck in a company vehicle a few days after he did our inspection, and he was driving down a one lane road literally maybe a foot away from the car in from of him for several miles. Further evidence of his lack of regard for others. Customer service gets a 4/10 from me and ONLY because the first man who worked with us was the complete opposite of Chuck. He was very kind, understanding, customer oriented, and true to his word. Overall company rating 2/10. They don’t care about you or your home. They just want your $$.

  • My house was destroyed last year when the old tree in the backyard fell and essentially split my house in house. Chuck and Bill with Burggraf were right there to help every step of this process were very aware of how hard this was for me. They have now put my house back together beautifully, better than ever and they were prefect to work with. Responsive, helpful and courteous every step of the way. 100% the only company I’d call if another disaster occurs.
