Can anyone say OSHA? Work may be great as far as manual labor , but office has a lot to be desired. The unprofessionalism is hands down the worst I’ve ever seen . The F bomb must be required to use in every sentence . Office staff is ridiculous. No lunch breaks. No air conditioning unless you provide it for yourself. Hard to get along with office manager. Insulting to Hispanic staff siting that ‘ this is America ‘ so we need to speak English on multiple occasions. Directions when hired not to communicate with certain employee because she doesn’t like him. Difficult access entering the office due to no steps or ramp. Just a step up platform. working conditions in office are extremely difficult .
