Cheaped out on water lines to outside faucets! 1/2” lines to feed 5/8” hose with borderline water pressure in subdivision. Lines don’t furnish decent water volume to operate sprinklers. Sure can’t use 2 sprinklers at once. Spot sprinkler squirts 3’ high here, squirted 10’ high at previous home.
Tapped into and installed faucet on 1 inch sprinkler system feed line and hose sprinklers work great on same water pressure. THIS PROVES SUPPLY LINES TO FAUCETS ARE INADEQUATE!
Brick and stone masons C B used did sloppy work, smeared mortar on bricks and stone work and didn’t wipe clean.
Patio , sidewalks and drive cement finish work is second rate. Never used edging tool either.
Extra charge for lot prep. Did not clean and grade back 15’ of lot. Left big rocks sub surface and some showing in lawn areas causing grass over rocks to burn. Lot surface is rough to walk on and to mow.
