When our customers have experienced unfortunate events, such as a fire loss or water intrusion, we call on CRS to care for our clients’ contents each and every time! They are crucial for our line of work, and they truly help to alleviate the stress load from our customers’ shoulders. They arrive with their incredible crew and carefully pack out, move, clean, and restore all of our customer’s household items. CRS is beyond efficient and detailed when it comes to handling the contents portion of our customers’ insurance claims as well. They log, itemize, and document everything, and then provide full loss reports for us to submit to insurance companies on behalf of our customers. This process is crucial to ensure that our customers are reimbursed for all that was lost. CRS will also store and house all of these items in their climate-controlled facility until our remediation and remodel work is complete, then they pack-back everything!! Without CRS, homeowners would have to handle ALL of this on their own, which is the last thing anyone needs after experiencing an emergency event!
