Kenny did a great job for our warehouse freezers at Restore Hope. He was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. He worked with us to get us up and running in a timely fashion.

Chris was the BEST technician we have ever had from Crowl. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to explain everything to us. He went above and beyond the entire time he was here. We will def be requesting him each time.

I am speechless. I checked the air conditioner myself from 14:00-17:00 at noon when the temperature was at its highest. I replaced many parts but it still doesn’t work! I had someone come over and charge us 400 yuan per hour! Still no solution! They came and did nothing! They showed up at my restaurant at 7:30 and asked us to write a check at 8:20! They also made us pay for two hours and said we would pay for one hour for the round trip! They made us call an electrician! This means we spent $400 and nothing was done! We called the power company today and the power company told us that there was no problem with the electricity! We paid the power company again! Finally called another air conditioner company and found out that the problem was in the air conditioner. They will help us fix it on Monday and order parts! This is deception plus making us call the power company!
